Hustle began as an exploration into why motivation fails. Despite countless trackers on the market, most users quit within 30 days because progress feels like data entry, not personal growth.
I set out to design a more human alternative, a gamified system that rewards effort, celebrates small wins, and makes habits feel meaningful again.
Through rapid research, prototyping, and testing, I shaped an experience built to keep people engaged long after the initial excitement fades.
