The Design Process

Here, Double Diamond framework is used, It divides the design process into four distinct phases—Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. The first we are focusing on exploring and identifying the problem space and then moving on to considering, developing and delivering solutions. This structured approach encourages both divergent and convergent thinking, ensuring comprehensive problem-solving and innovative outcomes.

Research and Findings

We have examined the existing site and made note of it's current state.

Glimpse into Existing Site

How is Pup-peroni lacking currently?

These insights lead me to the ideation process. I created a storyboard and identified key features using the KANO model. Then, I applied the MoSCoW Methodology to prioritize these features, categorizing them into Must-Have, Should-Have, Could-Have, and Won't-Have. This structured approach established a strong foundation for the entire project.

Proposed Solution

After conducting the usability testing with 5 participants, I gained insights and their experience while navigating through E-commerce, SaaS & Pet owner community. Here's a quick sneak-a-peak into E-commerce experience.

Key Takeaways

  • Designing an eCommerce website that adapts seamlessly across various formats while upholding accessibility standards and brand consistency was a great learning experience for me.

  • Open communication ensured that all team members were aligned and contributed their unique insights, leading to a more comprehensive and well-rounded approach along with feedback.

  • I gained deeper understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions on how use them to enhance its functionality and user experience as I explored various platforms that provide SaaS solutions.
